Purpose:

To give resellers a quick and easy way to contact the Fire Safety Stick team for help.

The Support Ticket system can be your way of contacting the Fire Safety Stick team for help, which can include anything to do with sales, customer queries, feedback, marketing, shows and events, opportunities and more.

Please keep in mind this should NOT be used for ordering stock.

ShareDrive

Purpose:

To give resellers centralised access to marketing and sales assets needed to effectively promote the life safety product.

Description:

The ShareDrive houses a collection of marketing and sales materials, including product images, videos, brochures, literature, presentations, and more, organised for easy access and use in reseller social media posts, campaigns and outreach.

Product Web Listing Guide

Purpose:

To help resellers create effective and accurate product listings that drive engagement and sales.

Description:

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for setting up a high-quality web listing, including tips on product descriptions, images, videos, and keywords to best showcase the life safety product online.

‘Where to Buy’ Page Approved Stockist Listing

Purpose:

To gather stockist details for listing on the official “Where to Buy” page.

Description:

This form lets stockists submit their information to be featured as approved stockists of the life safety product, helping customers easily find where to purchase.

Onboarding Training Video & Questionnaire

Purpose:

To educate new resellers, sales and marketing teams, and new employees on the life safety product, ensuring they are well-prepared to represent and sell it effectively.

Description:

This onboarding training video offers a comprehensive overview of the product, its features, and key messaging. The accompanying questionnaire reinforces understanding and serves as a training tool to assess knowledge and readiness.

Invite Customers for a LIVE Demo

Purpose:

To help approved stockists connect customers with hands-on product education and live demonstrations.

Description:

Approved stockists can contact their account manager to arrange visits for existing or potential customers to the head office, where they can learn about the life safety product and see it in action.

Your account manager is the person with whom you primarily dealt when signing up to become a distributor or when placing your first sales order.

Register Potential Customer Leads

Purpose:

To enable direct customers to inform Fire Safety Stick about potential customers they are engaged in talks with.

Description:

This form allows direct customers to submit details for potential customers, to protect their efforts and/or investment in said customer.

Note: This option is only available to direct customers under the ‘Authorised Distributor’ agreement and not for ‘Authorised Reseller’ or ‘Authorised Sub-reseller’ agreements.

Register Sub-resellers

Purpose:

To enable direct customers to sign up sub-resellers under their main agreement.

Description:

This form allows direct customers to submit details for new sub-resellers or share it with the sub-resellers to enter the details themselves.

Note: This option is only available to direct customers under the ‘Authorised Distributor’ agreement and not for ‘Authorised Reseller’ or ‘Authorised Sub-reseller’ agreements.

Bespoke Materials

Purpose:

To provide resellers with custom marketing support tailored to their needs.

Description:

Resellers can contact us directly to request bespoke materials such as campaigns, videos, print media, and other tailored marketing assets.

Fire Safety Stick Sales Orders

Important: All Fire Safety Stick orders must go to sales@firesafetystick.com for the UK or sales@firesafetystick.ie for Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. If you send an order to an individual within the company, it may be missed due to holidays or sick leave, which may cause a delay.
