Delivery Policy

Here at Argento Global Solutions Ltd (trading as Fire safety Stick), we pride ourselves on excellent customer service.

We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send every order within the UK Mainland by DPD, TNT, Fed Ex or Royal Mail First Class Post. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched or within 2-3 days.

What’s more, any order that we receive before 11am on a working day will be despatched on the same day!

However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, Europe and the rest of the world will usually take a little longer to arrive.

There are certain items that we are unable to post overseas and if this is the case with any part of your order we will contact you by email.

How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?

Please see below * for list of Postcodes which Our Couriers do not count as UK Mainland and therefore charge us extra.

Currently for most orders standard shipping is free within England, Wales and Lowlands of Scotland. However for extra large orders there may be additional costs depending on the weight and size of your order. Orders will be sent by couriers and should take 1 – 2 working days for delivery.

How will my parcel be sent Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland?

Courier costs for these ares will vary depending on the region but the exact courier cost will be shown once you have entered the delivery address and postcode. Delivery should approx take 2 – 3 working days. Should the item not arrive within this time scale please contact our office so that we can enquire further with teh courier company.

Currently we only ship to UK mainland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands.

Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

If your order has been dispatched with DPD, TNT, Fed Ex or DHL then we can track and trace it using their online system. During this time we will keep you up to date with progress from the tracking information. If it can not be tracked by our couriers and is declared lost in transit, we will ensure a replacement shipment is made.
