Delivery Policy

Here at Argento Global Solutions Ltd (trading as Fire safety Stick), we pride ourselves on excellent customer service. The following policy relates to consumers purchasing via our e-commerce portal. This policy and pricing do not apply to our distributors buying stock.

We know that you don’t want to wait days for your order to arrive. That’s why we send every order within the UK Mainland by Parcel Force or Royal Mail tracked. Which means that, all being well, you should receive your parcel the following working day after it has been despatched or within 2-3 days. What’s more, any order that we receive before 11am on a working day will be despatched on the same day!

However, although we promise to despatch your order quickly, it should be remembered that delivery is not guaranteed within this timescale and parcels can occasionally take longer to reach their destinations. Parcels sent to Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, the Channel Islands, certain parts of Scotland, may take a little longer to arrive.

How will my parcel be sent UK mainland?

Please see below * for list of Postcodes which Our Couriers do not count as UK Mainland and therefore charge us extra.

Currently for consumer orders placed via our e-commerce portal, to value less than £99 will be shipped with a small £4 standard shipping charge. Orders above £99, for consumers placed via our e-commerce portal, is free within the UK, including Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. Orders will be sent by couriers and should take 1 – 2 working days for delivery.

Help! I haven’t received my parcel, what should I do?

If your order has been dispatched we can track and trace it using the couriers online system. During this time we will keep you up to date with progress from the tracking information. If it cannot be tracked by our couriers and is declared lost in transit, we will ensure a replacement shipment is made.
