Fire Safety Stick is such a reliable product, we are happy to offer not a 1 year guarantee or even a 2 year guarantee. We are proud to be able to offer you a 3 year fully warranted guaranteed against faulty materials and workmanship under conditions of normal use. So if you do find an issue, just get in touch and again rest assured we at Fire Safety Stick will get it sorted for you.

Of course for this 3 year warranty there are a few points we should highlight with would void the warranty but we know you will understand this. We cover this is the usual boring but important stuff below.

Damaged Packaging

We always make sure that the boxes we send out are well packed and secure and the couriers are reliable. But if by the time it gets to you, it is package has been damaged in shipment on arrival, state the condition of the package over your signature on the receipt. If damage is discovered after opening the container, notify us immediately so we can advise the couriers ourselves and if necessary place a claim. Of course, check the packaging of the sticks themselves if there is any hint of damage let us know.

Unwanted Goods

Firstly, let us know – We will send a detailed email covering how to return the goods. When you do return the goods please ensure they are unused and in original packaging in perfect condition for resale within 14 days of receipt. We recommend obtaining proof of postage.  Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs when returning unwanted goods.

Faulty Goods

If any of the goods are faulty we will either refund the cost amount in full or send you a replacement free of charge. And remember this applies up to 3 years after purchase.

Exchanging goods

If you would like to exchange any items please contact us and we will do our best to get your exchanged items to you. Please be aware that you are responsible for the cost of sending the unwanted item back to us and also the shipping costs for sending out the exchange item.

Changing an order

If you would like to amend your order and the order has not been dispatched we will happily take payment of the extra items and send all items out together. If your order has already been dispatched we cannot add anymore items and you will be required to place an additional order.

Will any return costs be refunded?

If you return something because of an error on our part or because it’s damaged or defective, we will refund any charges incurred in returning the item to us. Of course, please advise us before hand so we can make sure the most suitable method for returning the goods is used.

We’ll check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.

My Payment Card has changed/expired. How will I receive my refund?

We process all refunds to the original card used when you placed your order. If your card has expired we will contact you to agree the best way of refunding you.

When will I receive my refund?

We action all refunds the same day we receive the goods back and it can take up to 3-5 working days for the refund to show on you card.

The boring but never the less important stuff

Fire Safety Stick shall not be liable or responsible, however, for any defects attributed to normal wear and tear, erosion or corrosion or improper storage, use or maintenance, negligence. In addition, Fire safety Stick shall not be liable for any defects arising from alteration or modification, nor from consequential incidental damages.

In no event shall any obligation to pay or refund exceed the purchase price actually paid. Fire Safety Stick shall not be liable for any punitive, special, incidental or consequential damages including, but not limited to, loss of profit, loss of use of the goods or other property equipment, damage to other property, cost of capital, cost of substitute goods, downtime, or the claims of the customer for any of the aforesaid damages. We shall not be liable for any claims of losses (including lawyer’s fees) including personal injury, property damage or other liability, resulting in whole or in part from (1) the negligence of customer for misuse, damage, alteration or modification of Fire Safety Stick.
